Egg Indad / Delicious Mangalorean Egg Curry



Yum Egg indad


Eggs- 3
Potatoes- 225 grams
Red chillies-3-4
Cumin- 1/2 tsp
Turmeric - a pinch
Green chili-10 grams
Onion-100 grams
Ginger-5 gram
Garlic - 3 flakes
Vinegar - to taste
Fat - 10 gram
Sugar- 1 tsp


Boil the eggs and cool in water . Shell and cut into halves.
Boil the potatoes with their skin.
When it gets cooked, peel and slice it into small cubes.
Grind the spices and half the onions.
Heat oil. Add the remaining sliced onions and ground spices.
Fry well.
Add water, sugar, salt, and vinegar.
Bring it to a boil.
Add eggs and potatoes.
Cook everything on a low flame for a few minutes.
Remove from fire and Serve hot.
