Meat Roll - Chicken/Beef

Ingredients and method of preparation:

Maida- 1/2 kg
Salt to taste
Water- as required

Mix the above-specified ingredients to make a smooth batter.
Consistency should be like that of a dosa batter.
Keep it aside for nearly one hour.
In a  non-stick pan, spread the batter to make thins dosas.
Close the pan with a lid, and cook it.

To make filling:
Meat- 1/2 kg
Pepper-1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
Salt - to taste

In a pressure cooker, cook all the above - specified ingredients.
Pressure cook till three whistles.
Drain the meat and mince it using a mixer grinder.

Ginger-a small piece
Curry leaves- a few
Green chili,sliced-8
Salt to taste 
Coriander leaves- a few
Meat masala or garam masala- 1  and a 1/2 teaspoon

Heat oil in a pan, add above-specified ingredients.
Saute everything for a  few minutes.
Add cooked and minced meat to this.
Saute and cook on a  medium flame till it becomes dry.

Method of making the rolls

Rub oil on a steel plate.
Keep thin dosa that is prepared using the batter
on it.
Add the prepared filling to it.
Fold the top end of the dosa over the filling.
Now fold the left and right towards the center.
Now roll it downwards to make it a tight roll.
Seal the bottom end with some maida batter.
Be careful not to tear the dosa.
Dip this roll in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a pan, add the breadcrumbs coated rolls to it.
Fry it until it turns golden brown on a medium- flame.
It takes about 10-15 minutes.
Serve hot with Ketchup.
