Sauteed Carrots
Ingredients
carrots- 450 gram
butter- (I have used unsalted
butter) -3 /4 to one tablespoon
salt to taste
Method
I have sliced carrots thinly
and in round shape.
Take a pan, add sliced carrots.
Add required amount of water and salt
to taste.
Mix everything nicely.
Cover the pan with a lid and cook carrots.
Add 3/4 tablespoon of unsalted butter.
Saute carrots for a few minutes,4-5 minutes on a low flame.
Serve it.
Note:
You can use pepper powder also,as your taste preferences.
