Yum Tomato and onion bhujjia



 

Ingredients

 

Tomato- 2

Onion- 1 medium size

Green chili-2-3

Cumin- ¼ tsp or a big pinch

Salt – to taste

Oil


Method

 

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds.

When cumin seeds crackle, add onion ,green chili.  Saute for a few seconds.

Add quartered tomatoes. Add salt to taste.

Close the pan with a lid, and cook for a few minutes on a low flame.

Cook till bhujjia is dry and vegetable is cooked.

Serve it along with plain rice /chapathi/Roti.
