Yum Nankhatai



Ingredients

Refined  flour- 150 gram
Clarified butter- 100 gram
Sugar- 125 gram
curd- 1 tsp
Baking powder and Baking soda- 1/8 tsp each
Cardamoms-10

Method

Cream butter and sugar.
Into this beat in curd.
Sift flour and combine with baking soda and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture and knead well. Add cardamom powder.
Divide into small portions.
Roll into small balls and place it on a greased tray.
Bake at 120 Degrees C for about 25 minutes.
Note :
You can even decorate it with pistachio nuts.
