Egg pepper Fry



Yum Egg pepper fry


Onion- 1/4th of an onion

Fennel seeds- 1/4 tsp

pepper-3/4 tsp

Ginger-1/2 inch piece


Salt to taste

Curry leaves

Coconut oil

Eggs-2 boiled into half


Grind onion, garlic, pepper, fennel seeds, and ginger.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add curry leaves.

Add the ground masala and saute it for a few seconds.

Place the half pieces of boiled eggs over it.

 Place the eggs like this for some time, so as the masala gets absorbed to it.

Turn it and fry it for a few seconds,

Serve it as a side dish with Rice.
