Pepper Cabbage



Yum Pepper Cabbage


Cabbage- 1/4th piece(quarter of a cabbage)
Pepper powder/crushed- 1 teaspoon
Onion diced/sliced-1
Garlic paste- 1 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Oil-2 tablespoon
Salt - to taste
Curry leaves


Heat oil in a pan.
After bringing it to low flame, add crushed pepper. Saute it for 30 seconds.
Then add curry leaves and onion, and saute it for another 30 seconds.
Add garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt to taste, and stir until the onion 
gets roast smell.
Turmeric, pepper, and onion will give you roast smell.
Turn the heat on high flame, and then add cabbage.
Stir well for 2 minutes.
(No need to add water.
Don't close the pan with a lid.)
Cabbage should stay crispy, yet cooked.
This dish will have a roasted cabbage taste.
