Beef Pepperoni Pizza
Ingredients
Refined flour- 1 cup
Mozzarella Cheese - 125 grams, grated
Olive oil- 1 tablespoon
Dry yeast- 1 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Basil leaves- 1 teaspoon
Pizza sauce- 1/4 cup
Beef pepperoni-125 grams
Oregano, fresh(optional)- 1 teaspoon
Method of preparation
Add the flour into a bowl with a pinch of salt.
Add yeast to a bowl of warm water and keep it aside for a few minutes.
After 10-15 minutes, add this yeast to flour and mix well.
Knead the flour with enough warm water nicely.
Keep the dough in a warm place, keeping it closed with a piece of cloth. Its size will get doubled.
Roll the dough on to a light board- floured, and it will rise.
Meanwhile, grate the mozzarella cheese using a grater.
Transfer the pizza dough onto a baking tin and cover with a layer of pizza sauce.
Sprinkle olive oil and basil leaves. Bake in a heated oven for 25 minutes or till it is cooked.
For the quick pizza sauce:
Tomato sauce- 1/2 cup
Salt- 1/2 teaspoon
Crushed black pepper- 1/2 teaspoon
Crushed garlic - 1/2 teaspoon
Olive oil- 3/4 teaspoon
Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon
