Trevally Fish Fry



Fish- 250 grams
Chili powder- 1  1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon
Pepper powder- 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic paste- 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – as required


Clean, wash and cut fish. 
Prepare the marinade using chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, Garlic paste, and salt as required.
Marinate the fish pieces with the prepared marinade.
Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, add the marinated fish pieces and fry it.
