Tomato Curry Kerala Style
Ingredients
Onion- 2(sliced)
Tomato-3 -4 medium size
Coconut milk-1 ½ cup(thick)
Salt to taste
Method
Boil 2 cups of water in
a vessel .
removed and it gets cooked.
Remove it from the flame. Peel its skin and
mash it when it gets cooled.
Keep it aside.
In a vessel ,first mix
onion and green chili nicely.
Then add mashed tomatoes. then add thick coconut milk and
required amount of salt .mix everything nicely and
serve it with rice.
