koorka stir fry
Ingredients
Koorka- 1/2 kg
chili powder- 2 teaspoon
turmeric powder- 1/4 teaspoon
salt, coconut oil as required
onion -2
garlic 2-3
Water- as required
method
clean and cut koorka into cubes. Cook sliced Koorka with turmeric powder and salt. Cut onion into straight pieces. Heat oil in a pan, add sliced onion and saute it for a few minutes. Then add sliced garlic , saute it again for a few minutes. Then add chili powder, mix everything nicely. Then add cooked koorka into this, then mix everything nicely again for 2 to 4 minutes on a low flame. Serve it with rice .
