Yum Egg Roast

This tasty Egg Roast is our mom's recipe....!


Onion-4 Big
Chili powder-1/4 tsp
Curry leaves
Salt - to taste
Coconut oil


Cut onion into straight pieces.
Boil the Eggs. Remove the shells and slice each Egg into half-pieces.
Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced onion and saute it till it turns golden brown. Add chili powder and saute everything on a low flame. Add salt to taste and stir well. After removing from fire, add the masala to the egg pieces and mix everything nicely. Serve it with Rice.
