Veloori fish fry Kerala style
Ingredients
Veloori(White Sardines) fish- 500 gms
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Chili powder-1 3/4 tsp
Lemon juice-1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Water- enough to make a paste of the above ingredients
Coconut oil
Method
Cut, clean, and wash fish nicely.
Make a paste of the ingredients- turmeric powder , chili powder, lemon juice, salt, and water,
Marinate the fish with it. Keep it aside in a refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan,add fish and fry it.Serve it with Rice.
