Orange Cake

Yum Orange Cake


Butter 125 gram
Sugar- 1 cup
Milk - 1/2 cup
Eggs- 2
Self- raising flour- 1  1/2 cups
Grated Zest of orange - 1


Pre-heat oven to 180 Degrees.Grease 20 cm cake tin.
Melt the butter. In a bowl along with butter, add sugar, eggs, milk, sifted flour, and orange zest. Combine everything with an electric beater for 6 minutes on medium-high speed. Spread the batter in the prepared cake tin. Bake for 35- 45 minutes, depending on the size of the tin used.
