Yum Idiyappam


Rice flour- 1 cup
Water- 1/2-3/4 cup
Salt- a pinch
Ghee/Oil- 1 tsp
Coconut (Grated)-As required


Boil water with salt and ghee. Remove from flame. Add rice flour into it and mix everything nicely, knead to make a smooth dough.
Place in idiyappam maker and make individual string hoppers/Idiyappam.
Sprinkle a little grated coconut on top of it.
Steam in a steamer till done.
Serve it with stew/Egg curry.
