Banana Ripe- 3 
Ghee - as required
Sugar- 2 tbsp


Cut banana into lengthwise and cut each slice into two.
Smear a little ghee in a pan and lightly fry banana pieces on both sides. Remove on to a plate and sprinkle sugar on top.
Serve it.
