Dark Chocolate Banana cake


Yum Dark chocolate Banana Cake


milk 160 ml
 butter Unsalted 150 gram 
lemon juice 2 teaspoons
 castor sugar 220 g 
eggs 2 
self-raising flour  300 gram
 baking soda 1/2 teaspoon
 mashed banana 1 cup
 dark eating chocolate grated finely 100gram
You need approximately 2 large overripe bananas 460 grams for this recipe.


Pre-heat oven to 170 degrees Celsius fan-forced.Grease deep 22 cm round cake pan. Combine milk and juice in a small jug, keep it aside for 10 minutes. Meanwhile, beat butter and sugar in a small bowl with an electric beater until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until just combined. Then transfer the whole mixture to a large bowl. Add banana-milk mixture and dark chocolate. Stir in sifted flour, baking soda. (Then add flour little at a time and mix everything nicely). Spread the batter into a pan. Bake cake for about one hour ten minutes. Baking time may vary as it depends on the oven. 


All the ingredients should be in room temperature.
