Coconut Chutney


Yum Coconut Chutney


Coconut- fresh,shredded - 1cup
Dry red chilies- 5-6
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Hing - a large pinch 
Fenugreek seeds- 1/4 tsp
Urad dal- 1 tsp
Channa dal-1 tsp
Tomato - 1 medium-sized
salt - to taste


Heat some oil in a pan, add the channa dal and urad dal, curry leaves,hing(Asoefetida), fenugreek seeds and red chilies.
Fry till done.
Add this to the coconut and tomato and blend into a smooth paste using a mixer.
Add salt to taste.
Serve it with dosas/ idli.
