Chicken Fried Rice

                                      
                                              
Yum Chicken Fried Rice



Ingredients 

Beans 10 cut into small pieces
 Carrot 2
 Garlic cut into small pieces 
Green chili 3 
Spring onions cut into small pieces 
Capsicum 2 cut into small cubes
Onion- 1 big- Sliced into cubes
Celery- ¾ cup
Eggs 4
Chicken cut into small cubes 
Sunflower oil 
Pepper powder 
Salt to taste 
Soya sauce
Tomato sauce
 Chili sauce
 Basmati rice-500 gms

Method

Cook basmati rice with little salt , water, and 1 tsp of sunflower or olive oil.

Marinate chicken with pepper powder and salt to taste and keep it aside . Heat oil in a pan add sliced beans and carrot ,onion, sliced garlic , capsicum, celery, and spring onions  and saute it for a few minutes. Add eggs and make scrambled eggs .Meanwhile take another pan heat Sunflower oil and fry chicken. Add soy sauce, tomato sauce , and green chili sauce ,pepper powder to the scrambled eggs and to the (sauteed) vegetables. Add cooked rice to this and salt to taste and mix everything nicely.

 Add fried chicken pieces  and mix everything again nicely. Serve it.

 notes: you can even substitute Sunflower oil with butter . you can add  Garam Masala or  five Spice powder to this.
