Cauliflower Fry
Ingredients
Cauliflower-1 medium size
All-purpose flour or Gram flour or Cornflour
Garlic -2
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Eggs- 2
Salt - to taste
Method
Cut and separate cauliflower into small pieces.
Boil this in water with salt and turmeric powder for a few minutes.
Switch off the flame and drain the water completely.
Add eggs into a bowl, beat it nicely.
To the beaten eggs, add the flour, turmeric powder, salt, garlic(sliced or crushed). After adding 1 1/2tbsp of water, mix everything nicely.
Add the cauliflower pieces to this and mix everything nicely.
Keep it aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan,
Add cauliflower florets to it.
Fry till it reaches a golden brown color.
Serve it.
Note:
If you want, you can use chili powder as well as your taste preferences.
