Banana Fritters snack


Ingredients

Banana ripe- 3 
Rice flour- 4 tbsp
All-purpose flour- 1/4 cup
Turmeric powder- a pinch
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
 Coconut oil- to fry

Method

Cut banana into  4 half pieces.
Make a thick batter with rice flour, maida, sugar, salt, and enough water. Dip banana ( each slice separately) in the batter.
Deep fry in hot coconut oil. Serve it.
