Yum Pidi


Roasted Rice flour – 1 cup

Cumin seeds- 1 tspn

Garlic-3 nos

Grated coconut- 4 tbspn

Water- 1 ½ cup

Thick coconut milk- 3cups

Water – 1 cup

Salt to taste


Boil 1 ½ cup of water.Then add cuminseeds and grated coconut and crushed garlic.

Let it boil nicely after that add roasted rice flour and mix well.

Let it cool down

Then mix it with hand nicely

And keep it aside for 10 minutes

Make small size balls from the rice dough.

Then in a kadai boil coconut milk and 1 cup of water.

When it starts to boil add small size balls made from rice dough and enough salt

Cook it for 8-10 mins till the rice balls get cooked
