Nadan Kozhi Piralan/chicken country style

   
 Ingredients

Chicken- 1 kg

Onion-4-5

Coconut oil

Vinegar-1/2tspn

Curry leaves

Salt- to taste

Tomato-2 

Garlic-1 tbspn

Ginger-1 tbspn

Spices needed for the masala

Coriander Powder-1 tbspn

Chilly Powder- 1 ½ tbspn

Pepper Powder- 1 tspn

Fennel seeds- 1tspn

Cloves-6

Cardamom-5

Cinnamon-2’’ piece 

Method

Grind all the ingredinets  needed for the masala to a powdered texture.

Heat oil and saute onions and green chilly.

Add ginger garlic paste and saute everything nicely

Add tomato, saute everything nicely

Add ground masala and saute .

Add curry leaves,vinegar and salt. Mix everything

Add meat and enough hot water.

Cover the vessel with a lid and cook over low flame.

Serve hot
