Caramel Custard Pudding

Caramel pudding is served as a dessert.Everyone likes it especially kids.

It’s a delicious dish.

Ingredients



Milk- ½ litre

Egg-3

Condensed milk- 395 gms

Corn flour- 2 tspoons

Vanilla Essence- 1 tspn

Sugar- 2 tablespoons for pudding

Method
Beat eggs and condensed milk nicely. Then add milk and sugar ,beat nicely again. Take a little of this mixture and add corn flour and make it a paste.

Add this paste and vanilla essence to the milk mixture.

Mix everything nicely.

Spread some sugar in a dish to caramelise it after adding some water into it.when it turns golden brown

Switch off the flame .let the caramel set.

Pour the milk pudding mixture above this caramel and cook in a steamer for nearly 20- 25 mins till it gets cooked to the texture of the pudding.

After it gets cool,keep it in a refrigerator for 3-5 hours and Serve it as a dessert.
